25 years DST – Employees and customers celebrate company’s anniversary

Industrial hall – this often comes up with words like machines or uncomfortableness. Who attended the 25thanniversary of DST, was taught of a better one. Customers and employees could convince themselves of the unique ambiance of the new production hall and could hit the dancefloor in a relaxed atmosphere.

The usually grey building was illuminated by luminous colours, scents of food made by “Karl – Café and restaurant” titillated our noses. Besides a DJ, the band “MissFizz” heated up the crowd. The lounge area with LED illumination provided space for a little rest.

One of the highlights was the photo booth where the guests could get some memories of this evening. A cocktail mixer shared his art of mixing so the guests could choose from seven different cocktails. With its tangy sweet taste, the “Karl” cocktail with sparkling wine, basil syrup and limes, was the favourite choice for the ladies.

With around 500 guests from all over the world the anniversary was a great success. The crowd celebrated into the early morning hours.

25 years ago to the day (1st October 1991) the company was founded as an internal loft office. It rapidly grew until it became part of the Echterhage Group in 1998. After mainly mainly producing permanent magnetic couplings at the beginning, agitator drives and canisters have been added to the portfolio over the time. The company now is one of the world market leaders in its segment.
